Chris is a co-founder of the Cricket Innovation Forum and a sports tech & biomechanics consultant, helping founders, brands and teams turn science-led ideas into products that work in the real world. Through Peploe Consulting, he works across product development, validation, athlete testing and strategy, drawing on a background spanning England Cricket, biomechanics research, startups and sports product innovation.

Tom is Co-Founder of the Cricket Innovation Forum with vast experience of launching and running large scale B2B events, including within elite sport and rehabilitation technology. Operating exclusively in cricket for the last three years, and with a large proportion of conversations around tech, he identified a gap to bring practitioners, research, innovation and evidence together.
