Event applications and admission

Submitting an application asks the Forum team to consider your request to attend. An application does not guarantee a place, create a ticket or confirm admission. Attendance is invite-only. If an application is approved, the applicant will receive a private Eventbrite booking link. Once that booking is confirmed, the attendee may receive access to the private attendee portal. Eventbrite confirmation and any booking terms apply only when issued through the approved booking process.

Portal and booking conduct

Portal access is for the approved attendee. Keep sign-in details private, use accurate information and do not copy or share private joining details or misuse another attendee’s or partner’s information. Bookings remain subject to the released inventory, the approved Eventbrite terms and the portal rules. A public profile, application, booking request or portal record does not by itself create admission or a partner meeting.

Changes, accessibility and contact

The Forum team may need to change the programme, speakers, partners, timings or practical arrangements as details develop. Client decision required: confirm the final wording for event changes and any attendee notice process. If you have an accessibility requirement or another question about attending, contact the Forum team at hello@cricketinnovationforum.com as early as possible.

Cancellation, transfer and refunds

Client and Eventbrite approval required: the final booking flow must provide the applicable cancellation, transfer, refund, payment, replacement and no-show terms before publication. This draft does not promise a refund and does not set a liability policy.
